Community Food for Creswell is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization that oversees the Creswell Food Pantry and the newly installed CFFC Commercial Kitchen. Both facilities are located within the Cobalt Activity Center. As a partner agency of Food for Lane County and Oregon Food Bank, the Creswell Food Pantry provides free food boxes to a baseline average of 170 families each month (currently fluctuating from 60-100 families per week due to the Covid 19 pandemic). The CFFC Commercial Kitchen will provide for three main uses: 1) a weekly community meal 2) a certified kitchen that will be rented to local start-up businesses to produce value-added foods 3) cooking and canning classes for those of varying ages and income levels.
